★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência com a A3. No meu caso, investi em um projeto que não saiu do papel (Loft Praia Grande)...
A minha decepção foi no pós vendas, pois foram dezenas de e-mails, mensagens e ligações sem retorno. Depois de muita insistência e graças ao colaborador Cleber que consegui me desvincular da construtora, não recomendo.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the A3. In my case, I invested in a project that never got off the ground (Loft Praia Grande)...
My disappointment was in the after sales, as there were dozens of emails, messages and calls without return. After a lot of insistence and thanks to the collaborator Cleber that I managed to get rid of the construction company, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A3 entregou um empreendimento agosto/2021, até hoje Sem Hatite-se. Com vários problemas onde não dão atenção merecida aos compradores.
E além do mais eles estão cobrando pelos erros de construção, ou seja cobrando novamente pelos serviços / mal feitos que estão tendo que refazer.
Entregaram elevador que ficamos presos toda vez que oscila a energia ,por falta de um aparelho que não colocaram ( para diminuir custos , talvez ) ou será que são mesquinhos e gananciosos.
A churrasqueira sem exaustor , que quando em uso volta toda a fumaça para os apartamentos.
E por fim nos tratam com TOTAL DESPREZO..
NAO INDICO a3 de forma nenhuma. Antes de investirem procure conversar com pessoas que já participaram dessa enganação que é essa construtora ..

A3 delivered a project August/2021, until today Sem Hatite-se. With several problems where they don't give deserved attention to buyers.
And on top of that they are charging for construction errors, that is, charging again for services / poorly done that they are having to redo.
They delivered an elevator that we get stuck every time the power fluctuates, for lack of a device that they didn't put (to reduce costs, maybe) or are they petty and greedy.
The barbecue without exhaust, which when in use returns all the smoke to the apartments.
And finally they treat us with TOTAL CONSPECT..
I DO NOT RECOMMEND A3 at all. Before investing, try to talk to people who have already participated in this deception that is this construction company..
They act in bad faith.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como investidor parceiro A3 não poderia deixar de agradecer, primeiro o Eng José Carlos, que após negociação, acreditou em mim e propiciou fecharmos o primeiro contrato.... agora em vias de ser entregue e, ainda num segundo momento, aceitou nossa sugestão de melhoria no Tulum e no Roma valorizando com certeza ambos os empreendimentos.
Agora em especial não podemos de deixar de agradecer os Engs. Alam, Rodrigo, Érick, Matheus e André.... os encarregados Eliandro, Elias e Tarcísio esses demonstraram grande atenção e conhecimento técnico de alto nível p sempre nos bem atender. O pessoal administrativo Julio Cesar, Eliane, Mayara, Suelen e Marina sempre nos bem atenderam também. Uma boa equipe que vale ouro e fazem da A3 uma ótima opção de investimento.
Recomendo tranquilamente a A3 aos interessados por trazer um bom retorno do capital investido e qualidade dos seus recursos humanos conforme descrito.
As an A3 partner investor, I could not fail to thank, firstly, Eng José Carlos, who, after negotiation, believed in me and allowed us to close the first contract.... now in the process of being delivered and, still in a second moment, accepted our suggestion of improvement in Tulum and Roma, certainly adding value to both projects.
Now, in particular, we cannot fail to thank the Engs. Alam, Rodrigo, Érick, Matheus and André.... the supervisors Eliandro, Elias and Tarcísio showed great attention and high-level technical knowledge to always serve us well. The administrative staff Julio Cesar, Eliane, Mayara, Suelen and Marina always took good care of us as well. A good team that is worth gold and makes the A3 a great investment option.
I calmly recommend A3 to those interested because it brings a good return on invested capital and the quality of its human resources as described.

No último ano da obra vieram com aporte muito além do INCC( reajuste que só vale até vc fechar contrato).Agora em 2022 alegam que pandemia e chuvas causauram atrasos e aumento no valor da obra...mais outro aporte, só que sei de investidores que receberam apartamento antes da pandemia e passaram pela mesma situação. Pelo que se vê é pratica recorrente fisgar investidor com um preco bem abaixo e depois aumentar drásticamente o valor. Agora no final da obra querem cobrar preço de mercado ao invés do valor da construção, o que nos foi oferecido como sócio investidor. Constróem com nosso dinheiro, têm uma cota(apartamento), recebem para administrar e querem lucrar milhões

As you can see, it is a recurring practice to hook investors with a price well below and then drastically increase the value. Now, at the end of the work, they want to charge the market price instead of the construction value, which was offered to us as an investing partner. They build with our money, they have a share (apartment), they get paid to manage and they want to make millions
