Hoje fomos até Ubá para renovar a casa e trocar os móveis do 1 andar, sala de TV, estar e jantar, e como já havíamos comprado algumas peças a 3 anos atrás com o vendedor Francisco em conjunto com a proprietária. Hoje um vendedor mais baixo com um tapete ( dando essas descrições porque o mesmo é tão sem treinamento que não se apresentou por nome) perguntei o mesmo o que ele tinha de poltrona a pronta entrega, grosseiramente ele disse que eu deveria saber que eles trabalham com encomenda e que como eu queria uma peça ele não conseguiria desmembrar, questionei o mesmo se ele tinha entendido a minha pergunta, " O que você tem de poltrona a pronta entrega" antes que o mesmo respondesse chamei meu marido para sairmos da loja, porque literalmente não tenho paciência pra quem está começando, fica o questionamento onde está o treinamento dos funcionários? Mesmo depois de uma pandemia, uma enchente na qual essa loja perdeu inúmeras peças, crise enconomica, e quando vamos a loja e estamos dispostos a renovar a decoração da casa somos tratados dessa maneira. Como pessoa pública e com um número considerável de seguidores nas redes sociais eu deveria expor o acontecido, porém meus seguidores só merecem o melhor e jamais iria fazer uma publi post gratuita, pois mesmo sendo uma experiência negativa você acaba promovendo a empresa. Fiquem atentos pois eu jamais volto nessa loja e nunca levaria ninguém da minha cartela de clientes dr table decor e afins para consumir no local!
The worst possible.
Today we went to Ubá to renovate the house and change the furniture on the 1st floor, TV room, living and dining room, and as we had already bought some pieces 3 years ago with the seller Francisco together with the owner. Today a lower salesman with a rug (giving these descriptions because he is so untrained that he didn't introduce himself by name) I asked the same what he had of armchair ready delivery, he rudely said I should know they work with order and that as I wanted a piece he would not be able to disassemble it, I asked him if he had understood my question, "What do you have in an armchair ready for delivery?" before he answered I called my husband to leave the store, because literally I don't have the patience for those who are starting, the question remains where is the employee training? Even after a pandemic, a flood in which this store lost countless pieces, economic crisis, and when we go to the store and are willing to renew the decoration of the house, we are treated this way. As a public person and with a considerable number of followers on social media, I should expose what happened, but my followers only deserve the best and I would never publish a free post, because even if it is a negative experience, you end up promoting the company. Stay tuned because I never go back to this store and I would never take anyone from my client list dr table decor and the like to consume on the spot!
