Nice environment but a bit detached. The 5 stars are worth the instructors' charisma and concern to make the class as fun and enjoyable as possible. Attention to beginners to learn movement is exceptional. Worth a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha visita não foi no dia agora mas moro próximo e sempre passo por lá. Já fiz uma aula experimental e não gostei muito. Me senti muito "solto" e fiz muitos exercícios errados, fiquei um bom tempo com dores na coluna. Aula experimental precisa de uma atenção melhor, não para "ganhar" o cliente mas pra evitar que ele faca algo errado já na primeira experiência.
My visit was not on the day now but I live nearby and always stop by. I already took an experimental class and didn't like it very much. I felt very "loose" and did a lot of wrong exercises, I had a lot of time with back pain. Experimental class needs better attention, not to "win" the customer but to prevent him from doing something wrong in the first experience.
