★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mercenários, só visam o dinheiro. Não cheguei a assinar contrato e nem fazer o serviço e mesmo assim me enviaram cobranças e depois de tentar muito, consegui que parassem, agora após um ano voltam a me enviar cobranças e não consigo entrar em contato.
 Mercenaries, they only aim at money. I didn't get to sign a contract or even do the service and even then they sent me charges and after trying hard, I managed to stop them, now after a year they send me charges again and I can't get in touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi horrível, paguei o tratamento de lentes de contato, e estão me enrolando a 3 meses e ainda não colocaram as lentes. O processo de fabricação das lentes dura no máximo 20 dias. Não recomendaria jamais.
My experience was horrible, I paid for contact lens treatment, and they've been screwing me for 3 months and still haven't put the lenses on. The lens manufacturing process lasts a maximum of 20 days. I would never recommend.

E desde estão nunca consegui Realizar sequer o Procedimento... SEM CONTAR QUE O DR que me Atendeu Sumiu do Mapa . O valor Alto que investi foi como se eu tivesse jogado no lixo . Arrependida até a Alma ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bando de charlatães, paguei 2 mil reais por um Implante dentário onde realizaram a cirurgia e mandaram eu voltar com 3 meses para colocar o dente e já fazem 2 anos que corro atrás e eles desmarcam toda vez e até hoje não conseguir colocar meu dente
Levaram meu dinheiro e não concluíram o serviço, isso é um absurdo
Toda vez que ligo a secretaria tem uma desculpa, entrarei na justiça para eles devolverem meu dinheiro.
Não recomendo a ninguém esta clinica
Total desonestidade comigo que fui paciente deles e paguei o valor total pelo serviço.

They took my money and didn't finish the job, this is absurd
Every time I call the secretary there is an excuse, I will go to court for them to return my money.
I do not recommend this clinic to anyone
Total dishonesty with me that I was patient with them and paid the full amount for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iniciei o tratamento no final de 2019, cheguei a ter duas consultas ainda com a Dra. Bruna, uma ótima pessoa, não tenho o que reclamar dela! Porém tive problemas com a empresa desde o primeiro dia, o Dr. que me atendeu e realizou o meu diagnóstico na hora já passou todo o valor do tratamento estético no cartão de crédito, na hora já me levou para uma outra sala em outro local no mesmo prédio e informou que me entregariam o contrato após o procedimento, como era próximo ao horário do almoço, todos saíram para o almoço e ninguém me entregou o contrato e ficaram com o meu RG, tive que aguardar a moça do departamento administrativo voltar do almoço para ela me devolver meu documento e quando solicitei o contrato ela me informou que não era com ela e até hoje um joga para o outro e ninguém me deu a cópia do meu contrato.
Estou tendo outra dificuldade que está me deixando bastante frustrado com eles é em relação ao atendimento, só tem um único número para agendar consulta que só vive dando sinal de ocupado 24 horas por dia, acho que tiram o telefone do gancho e deixam fora, os telefones celulares informam que o número não existe mais, estarei indo lá resolver a minha situação presencialmente, senão conseguir resolver infelizmente vou ter que acionar a justiça.
Fica ai um ponto de observação para quem está procurando tratamento nessa cliníca.

However, I had problems with the company since the first day, the doctor who attended me and made my diagnosis at the time has already spent all the value of the aesthetic treatment on the credit card, at the time he already took me to another room in another location in the same building and informed that they would give me the contract after the procedure, as it was close to lunchtime, everyone left for lunch and nobody handed me the contract and stayed with my ID, I had to wait for the girl from the administrative department to come back from lunch for her to return my document to me and when I asked for the contract she informed me that it was not with her and until today one plays for the other and nobody gave me a copy of my contract.
I'm having another difficulty that is making me very frustrated with them is in relation to the attendance, there is only a single number to schedule an appointment that only keeps giving a busy signal 24 hours a day, I think they take the phone off the hook and leave it out, cell phones inform that the number no longer exists, I will be going there to solve my situation in person, if I am unable to resolve it I will have to sue the court.

Eu estive lá no começo da quarentena,numa data que o Cremepe já havia enviado a carta informando sobre os protocolos de fechamento e proibindo atendimento (chequei essa informação em outro consultório de odonto ),bom, um tal "DrEduardo" praticamente me estorquiu R$5.000,00 ( uso essa expressão porque ele INSISTIU muito !!! não me deixou pensar e analisar ).
Sendo que o procedimento não poderia ser realizado por causa da pandemia.
Apenas o começo do procedimento....enfim
E eu só soube disso no dia que fui atendida em consultório.
É horrível porque a pessoa está com alguma complicação odontológica,vai ao consultório e é lesada dessa maneira!!!
Sim, nunca me enviaram um contrato , o contato com o Financeiro deles não existe...GENTE, PRECISAMOS DENUNCIAR E PROCESSAR ESSES BANDIDOS DISFARÇADOS DE MÉDICOS....
