Descaso total no que se é solicitado, vc pede A e te entregam D e ainda querem te empurrar o que vc não está de acordo.
Entrega atrasada, combinam uma coisa, e não cumprem... Estou aguardando a dias a devolução do valor pago REF a um produto que foi feito diferente do solicitado sem autorização, e ninguém da um retorno.
Lamentável, péssimo péssimo péssimo.
Terrible service, terrible quality.
Total disregard for what is requested, you ask for A and they give you D and they still want to push you what you don't agree with.
Delayed delivery, they agree on something, and they don't comply... I'm waiting for days for the return of the REF amount paid for a product that was made different from what was requested without authorization, and nobody gives a return.
Regrettable, very bad, very bad.
