No banheiro prestes a cair, assim como nos 2 quartos.
Me comuniquei várias vezes, porém me bloquearam, depois liguei de outro telefone, conseguindo ser atendida pela Sra Gilmara. Porém nada resolvido. Desde o final de dezembro de 2020. Passei as festas de fim de ano sem o forro da sala. Voltaram deram um jeito na sala, mas os outros cômodos continuam aguardando conserto e ninguém me atende ou me responde.
Fujam dessa empresa.

Sugiro uma melhor escolha de palavras, dizer que alguém esta faltando com a verdade é algo grave.
Lhe envio uma foto onde pode-se ver claramente a estrutura (metalom) antigo com oxidação (ferrugem) e não um novo como relatado, e o conduíte rígido com os fios do chuveiro que o eletricista deixou pronto justamente para não ser necessário a abertura do forro.
O que não responde o questionamento principal, vocês não voltaram para consertar o serviço feito em não conformidade.
Sendo assim, escolhendo muito bem as minhas palavras, lhe digo:
Você é um péssimo profissional e com certeza um mentiroso.

I DON'T RECOMMEND, THEY INSTALLED A LINING IN MY BATHROOM TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE OLD STRUCTURE THAT WAS BAD, CHARGING ME THE VALUE OF A NEW LINER, THREE MONTHS LATER THE LINING GAVE DOWN AND THEY STAY ROLLING TO REPAIR SAYING THAT THEY HAVE TOO MUCH SERVICES AND NEVER COMPLETED THE DEADLINE . SERVICE WITHOUT WARRANTY.

I suggest a better choice of words, saying that someone is missing the truth is something serious.
