No final, o proprietário Sr. Washington ainda me cobrou mais caro do que o combinado no começo do serviço, alegando que não tinha feito as contas direito (constrangedora essa atitude??). Enfim, não vale a pena!!!
DO NOT indicate! Super disorganized, my glass was not delivered on time (generating annoyance), I had to keep calling... In the end, the owner Mr. Washington even charged me more than the agreed upon at the beginning of the service, claiming that he hadn't done the math right (this attitude is embarrassing??). Anyway, it's not worth it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Box instalado de forma incorreta fez com que o vidro estourasse, risco enorme, por sorte ninguém estava no banheiro no momento do fato, mas poderia ter sido um acidente grave. Infelizmente vou ter que ajuizar uma ação para reparar isso já que o proprietário tirou o corpo fora.
Na resposta não informa a causa do problema.
Fato é que o estouro ocorreu quando não havia ninguém no banheiro, o que dispensa a hipótese de choque térmico ou mecânico.
Outro fato é que o vidro estava em perfeito estado, tanto que nada foi suscitado pelos instaladores.
Então a única hipótese é de erro na instalação, não tem outra hipótese.
Em relação a ação judicial eu só vou pedir a recolocação do vidro e despesas que por ventura possam ocorrer, nada mais, não quero um real da empresa, não preciso, mas o certo é certo, o serviço foi pago e não vou arcar com erro da empresa.

Regarding the lawsuit, I'm only going to ask for the replacement of the glass and expenses that may occur, nothing more, I don't want a real from the company, I don't need it, but the truth is, the service was paid and I won't make a mistake. from the company.
