Decepcionada. Havia comprado camisetas para minnha empresa. Depois um moletom para mim. O atendimento decaiu muito.
Faz um mês que estou tentando fechar um pedido. É uma indiferença de todo tamanho. É preciso implorar para a responsável, cujo nome é Natália, passar as informações de tamanhos, medidas, para fechar o pedido. Coisa que até hoje ainda não consegui dela.
Já estou falando com a terceira pessoa lá dentro, e descobri que ela é nova, com pouco conhecimento, mas cheia de boa vontade. Jogaram a bomba na mão dela.
Dá para perceber que a desorganização e o desrespeito é algo que acontece internamente, e que já está refletindo nos clientes.
