Péssimo, compramos uma sacada em março com o prazo de entrega em 30 Dias úteis, até hoje não instalaram, apesar das cobranças. Não respondem o WhatsApp e quando o fazem, são respostas evasivas e com as mais variadas desculpas, isso qdo respondem. Não recomendo a ninguém

No dia 25/02/2022 foi instalado em minha residência um box de vidro, de canto, adquirido na empresa ABC CENTRAL VIDROS. Eu estava presente no dia da instalação, indiquei por fotos para o responsável onde era o encanamento (banheiro recém-construído). Ele me informou que seria necessário recuar 3cm do box para não arriscar pegar no cano e eu informei que poderia inclusive recuar 5cm por que não queria surpresas. Para minha surpresa, quando abrimos o registro do banheiro, alguns dias após instalação foi verificado que o cano estava perfurado. Precisei contratar um pedreiro para quebrar meu banheiro novinho, constatamos que o cano foi perfurado 2 vezes. Foi necessário contratação de mão de obra, bem como compra de material para reparação, no valor de R$ 380,00 que foi imediatamente informado a empresa, em específico para a Marcia que me informou que faria o ressarcimento. Porém, após conclusão do reparo, a mesma me informou que não iria reembolsar que a culpa era minha e não do instalador. Simplesmente o instalador furou o cano 2 vezes (algo que qualquer pessoa minimamente consegue perceber a diferença entre furar um cano e uma parede), virou as costas e nem me avisou. Depois a empresa me culpou de não ter mostrado onde era os canos e que eu deveria ter uma planta do local, porém tenho imagens que comprovam onde eram os encanamentos e que informei isso ao instalador e que em momento algum ela me questionou se eu tinha planta ou informou ser necessário. Dessa forma, não tive meu prejuízo ressarcido, além de toda a dor de cabeça que isso me causou (estou grávida de nove meses). A empresa foi um total descaso, em momento algum assumiu culpa, apenas por diversas vezes e com argumentos diferentes e vazios tentou me culpar.
On the 25/02/2022th, a corner glass box was installed in my residence, acquired in the company ABC CENTRAL VIDROS. I was present on the day of installation, I indicated by photos to the person in charge where the plumbing was (newly built bathroom). He informed me that it would be necessary to retreat 3cm from the box so as not to risk taking the pipe and I informed that I could even retreat 5cm because I didn't want surprises. To my surprise, when we opened the toilet register, a few days after installation it was found that the pipe was perforated. I had to hire a bricklayer to break my brand new bathroom, we found that the pipe was punctured twice. It was necessary to hire labor, as well as purchase material for repair, in the amount of R$ 380.00, which was immediately informed to the company, specifically to Marcia, who informed me that she would make the reimbursement. However, after completing the repair, she informed me that she would not refund that it was my fault and not the installer's. The installer simply pierced the pipe 2 times (something that anyone at least can tell the difference between drilling a pipe and a wall), turned his back and didn't even warn me. Then the company blamed me for not showing where the pipes were and that I should have a floor plan of the place, but I have images that prove where the pipes were and that I informed the installer and that at no time she asked me if I had a floor plan or reported to be necessary. That way, I didn't have my damage compensated, in addition to all the headache it caused me (I'm nine months pregnant). The company was a total disregard, at no time took the blame, just several times and with different and empty arguments tried to blame me.
