★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha primeira experiência foi ruim, contratei um frete vindo dos Estados Unidos, fizemos a cotação prévia para ver todos os valores, AWB foi emitida sobre um Valor em USD de acordo com o aprovado em cotação, porém o fechamento para pagamento do frete aqui na origem com as despesas foi apresentado com 156 USD a MAIOR e Mario o contato diz que são despesas na origem, entretanto toda despesa na origem deve estar descrita na AWB.
Enfim para além disso todas as empresas com as quais trabalhei ate hoje cobram a taxa para conversão de frete na base PTAX +3% - estes aqui cobram com 5%.
Então fiquem atentos e combinem tudo muito bem, porque eles não querem saber, emitiram o boleto e teremos que efetuar o pagamento, não houve acordos.
Infelizmente o combinado não foi cumprido.

 My first experience was bad, I hired a freight from the United States, we made a prior quotation to see all the values, AWB was issued on an Amount in USD according to the approved quotation, but the closing for freight payment here at the origin with the expenses it was presented with 156 USD, MAJOR and Mario the contact says that they are expenses at the origin, however all expenses at the origin must be described in the AWB.
Anyway, all the companies I've worked with until today charge the rate for freight conversion on a PTAX basis +3% - these here charge 5%.
So stay tuned and arrange everything very well, because they don't want to know, they issued the bank slip and we will have to make the payment, there were no agreements.
Unfortunately, the agreement was not fulfilled.
I don't recommend this company.
