★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horroroso! Atendimento péssimo! Enrolam muito! Fazem dias que eles só falam, falam que vão fazer algo combinado e depois simplesmente deixam de lado. Não tomam posição. Entregaram produto de mostruário e nem se quer informaram. Nao tem capacidade de passar informação decente. Não tem compromisso nenhum. Você que tem que ficar indo atras de vendedor que fala que vai te passar uma informação daqui a 10 minutos e te ligar porém simplesmente largam mao. Mau caráter. Eles fazem as coisas erradas e você que tem pagar pelos erros dos outros? Jamais. Melhorem. Se querem VENDER as coisas, então trabalhem honestamente às claras.
Horrible! Lousy service! They roll a lot! For days they just talk, they say they are going to do something together and then they just let it go. They do not take a stand. They delivered showcase products and they didn't even know. It does not have the capacity to pass decent information. You have no commitment. You have to keep going after a salesman who says he'll give you information in 10 minutes and call you, but they just let go. Bad character. Do they do the wrong things and you have to pay for others' mistakes? Never. Get better. If you want to SELL things, then work honestly in the open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Comprei todo material pra piso nessa loja. parte do material não entregaram e colocaram maior dificuldade pra devolver o dinheiro. Tem um piso que eles quebraram durante a entrega e estou na luta pra conseguir a reposição. O gerente não tem autonomia pra nada e sempre coloca a culpa na franquia, na falta de funcionários, na pandemia e nunca resolve. Não indico essa loja pra ninguém.
Terrible. I bought all the material for flooring in this store. part of the material did not deliver and made it more difficult to return the money. There is a floor that they broke during delivery and I am in the struggle to get the replacement. The manager has no autonomy for anything and always blames the franchise, the lack of employees, the pandemic and never resolves it. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

Antes da compra o atendimento é extremamente cordial, porém, após, não entregam o material comprado e quando cobrados ficam ludibriando o cliente, prometendo que o material está a caminho. Com isso, lá se foi quase um mês de atraso na entrega e até agora nada...
Fuja da ABC da Construção ou assuma o risco de ter grandes transtornos em sua obra!!!
Obs.: Dê uma "estrelinha" somente porque não há opção de nenhuma...
