★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico. Muito ruim. Na primeira compra, fizeram a entrega fora do horário combinado (após às 17h) e alegaram não encontrar o endereço pedindo para que eu fosse retirar a loja depois. Não houve negociação com o valor do frete que paguei. Na segunda compra, paguei adiantado, esperei uma semana e a mercadoria chegou danificada e foi devolvida. Era só um rejunte! Me pediram mais uma semana pra entregar de novo. O responsável da loja não se responsabiliza e não faz nada para melhorar a resolução dos problemas. Um coloca a culpa no outro e ninguém resolve nada. Péssimo!
 I do not indicate. Too bad. On the first purchase, they delivered after the agreed time (after 5 pm) and claimed not to find the address asking me to pick up the store later. There was no negotiation with the value of the freight I paid. On the second purchase, I paid in advance, waited a week and the merchandise arrived damaged and was returned. It was just a grout! I was asked for another week to deliver it again. The store manager is not responsible and does nothing to improve the resolution of problems. One puts the blame on the other and nobody solves anything. Terrible!
