★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de um determinado funcionário, PÉSSIMO. Nunca fui tão mau atendida num lugar. Acho que deveriam refer seus funcionários, ainda mais colocar eles em um cargo que deveria se impor e dar o exemplo de bom atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABC infelizmente foi a pior experiência mercadoria foi entregue com atraso, material todo quebrado praticamente tivemos muitos transtornos e falsas informações da entrega foi requerido q fossemos avisados 24 a 48 hrs antes do dia da entrega e não fomos comunicados pelo vendedor , piso chegou todo quebrado e inituliizado dentro das caixas ligamos e falamos com o Gerente q se recusou a exceutar a troca estamos com um prejuízo acima de R$2000,00 reais em pisos porcelanatos. NAO FACA NENHUM NEGOCIO pq vc compra e tudo se atrasa e depois q vc paga vc não existe mais p eles, fomos maltratados pelo gerente q inclusive ameaçou a chamar a polícia !! E tudo um bando de "trastes" q não lhe ajudam em nada uma vez q pagou se lascou !!! NAO COMPRE NADA NA ABC , NAO RECOMENDO !!
ABC unfortunately was the worst experience. Goods were delivered late, material was all broken, we practically had many inconveniences and false delivery information was required that we were notified 24 to 48 hrs before the day of delivery and we were not notified by the seller, the floor arrived all broken and unsettled inside the boxes, we called and talked to the Manager who refused to make the change, we are with a loss of over R$2000.00 in porcelain floors. DON'T MAKE ANY DEAL because you buy and everything is delayed and after you pay you don't exist anymore for them, we were mistreated by the manager who even threatened to call the police!! And all a bunch of "frets" that don't help you at all once you paid if you chipped!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING AT ABC, I DON'T RECOMMEND!!
