★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até que a compra foi boa, um armário de banheiro e um vaso acoplado, mas a vendedora fez-me comprar uma válvula nova para a pia do armário, embora a fábrica tenha fornecido. Por outro lado, o armário veio com um pequeno defeito no frontispício, muito feio por sinal. Como tive de viajar, não fui à loja reclamar e, por incrível, não encontro nenhum lugar no site da ABC para postar a reclamação.
Until the purchase was good, a bathroom cabinet and a vase attached, but the saleswoman made me buy a new valve for the sink in the cabinet, although the factory supplied it. On the other hand, the cabinet came with a small defect in the frontispiece, very ugly by the way. As I had to travel, I didn't go to the store to complain and, amazingly, I can't find any place on the ABC website to post the complaint.

Fui a essa loja ABC do bairro Nova era para fazer um orçamento, havia duas pessoas e uma delas (vendedora) me informou q não poderia fazer orçamento na hora que era para eu deixar que ela iria fazer para hoje ou na segunda,a mesma tmb informou q havia um orçamento na frente sendo q não tinha mais ninguém
na loja. Bom eu como já trabalhei com isso sei q a prioridade de atendimento é o cliente presente na loja, e tem q segurar o cliente e não expulsá-lo. Deixo minha indignação e desprezo a essa loja ABC

I went to this ABC store in the Nova neighborhood to make an estimate, there were two people and one of them (saleswoman) informed me that she could not make an estimate at the time I was supposed to let her do it for today or Monday, the same btw informed that there was a budget in front and there was no one else
in the store. Well, as I've worked with this, I know that the priority of service is the customer present in the store, and you have to hold the customer and not expel him. I leave my indignation and despise to this ABC store
