A moça que me atendeu foi super mal educada, ignorante e parecia que eu estava fazendo um favor para ela. sem paciencia para explicar as coisas. liguei para melhor definir o pedido, pois ela estava fazendo ao contrario do que estava definido. E ela foi super mal educada e desligou na minha cara! Eu estou admirada dessa empresa ter bons comentarios, pois fui educada com ela desde o primeiro momento e ela sempre foi mal educada. Fora que no dia que eu me encontrei com ela para fazer o pedido, perguntei novamente para ela sobre o valor do orcamento, pois eu havia esquecido e ela foi super grossa, me deu respostao. Mas eu fingi nao ter escutado. No final das contas eu cancelei o meu pedido e me prejudiquei.
Worst company I've ever seen in my life!!! The girl who attended me was super rude, ignorant and looked like I was doing her a favor. no patience to explain things. I called to better define the order, as she was doing the opposite of what was defined. And she was super rude and hung up on me! I am amazed that this company has good comments, as I was polite to it from the first moment and it was always rude. Besides, on the day I met her to place the order, I asked her again about the amount of the budget, because I had forgotten and she was super rude, she gave me an answer. But I pretended not to listen. In the end I canceled my order and got hurt.
