Very nice place with a great reception and fair price, for more than 5 years I buy my cavaquinho and guitar strings in this place I have nothing to complain about, just to be grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, às 13:30, confirmamos, ao telefone, a compra de um violão. A loja me pede para passar retirar às 16:30. Saio da zona sul para pegar o instrumento, chego lá às 16:15 e sou informado que o violão foi vendido para outra pessoa que "acharam que era eu".
Não demonstra respeito com o cliente. Não recomendo.
Today, at 13:30, we confirmed, on the phone, the purchase of a guitar. The store asks me to pick up at 16:30. I leave the south side to get the instrument, I arrive there at 16:15 and I am informed that the guitar was sold to someone else who "thought it was me".
Does not show respect to the customer. I do not recommend.
