Sei também, que vocês estão com outro nome de empresa agora, pois quando liguei falaram outro nome e perguntei por Abcedent, neste mesmo telefone, e disseram que sim, era a mesma coisa. Será por problemas?
Minha mãe passou ai, meu filho, e eu fui indicada, sempre fui cordial e educada, mas o atendimento de vocês foi péssimo. Perdão.
Já arrumei outra clínica, mas agradeço o atendimento das profissionais dentistas.
O telefone que liguei foi da Abcedent, o endereço é o mesmo, e a recepção é a mesma, não tem distinção. Relembro: Sorriso Store e Abcedent foram ditas como a mesma empresa. Não reclamei das profissionais, sim da recepção.
Já deixei na página da Sorriso Store também. Valeu!

Tive toda orientação antes do procedimento a ser realizado na boca da minha filha.
O procedimento foi excelente e a recuperação da paciente tbém.
Recebi todo o suporte, foi me disponibilizado o contato via celular da Dra Carla para acompanhamento do pós operatório.
Deste modo as doutoras acompanharam dia a dia a recuperação da paciente, sendo assim, estou muito satisfeita com o trabalho das doutoras e tbém da equipe de atendimento da clínica.
Obrigada equipe ABC Dent pela excelência dos serviços prestados!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao estabelecimento no dia de hoje, e a mulher mandou eu sentar fiquei esperando pra alguém da recepção para me atender e pegar meus dados para que eu pudesse passar na avaliação que demorou, a dentista foi legal, mas os preços estão muito acima do mercado, melhorem o atendimento na recepção tanto pessoalmente quanto por telefone tenham mais empatia se não vão perder mais clientes e cumpram o horário marcado.
I went to the establishment today, and the woman told me to sit down, I waited for someone from the reception to attend to me and get my data so I could pass the evaluation that took a while, the dentist was nice, but the prices are way above the market , improve service at reception both in person and over the phone have more empathy if you won't lose more customers and keep to the appointment.
