Pedi diversas vezes explicações dos valores do meu financiamento e sempre vem uma resposta mais confusa, só da a entender que nem eles abrem o que estão fazendo!! Começando a me arrepender de comprar imóvel com essa empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O mal atendimento vai do dono, que quando fala com mulher acha que pode levantar a voz e ser mal educado, a profissionais que não sabem nem ao menos fazer um um financiamento, não sabem fazer assessoria, não tem educação, Usam de ironia e desrespeito para tratar com o cliente e eu (vendedora e compradora) por está “empresa” tive que fazer o meu financiamento SOZINHA e a coitada da compradora do meu imóvel se deu muito mas muito mal!!!!
Não percam o tempo de vcs!!! O sonho pode virar pesadelo com esta “empresa “
Pessoal não percam o tempo de vcs com esta “empresa” tenho absoluta certeza que as 4 famílias envolvidas neste caso, não mereciam passar por toda a aflição e nervosismo que passamos.
Foram meses desde setembro até hoje (março) para sair o processo todo (ressalvo por um mês de inventário referente a um falecimento)
Mas a comissão kkkkkkkk, está sim, eles exigem pelo mal serviço, pelos erros, pelos destrato e falta de respeito, isso sim não foi revisto e ainda com o prêmio de ouvir do dono, que queremos aproveitar de uma situação, em meias palavras, chamando uma mulher de aproveitadora!!!! Gente isso é desrespeito demais!!! Dizendo que o serviço foi feito, então só paga!!!!
Faltaram com respeito comigo mulher! Com às famílias envolvidas e a única coisa nós queríamos era um serviço correto.
Não percam o tempo de vcs, isso que relato, não é uma migalha do todo que aconteceu!!!
The bad service goes from the owner, who when he talks to a woman thinks he can raise his voice and be rude, to professionals who don't even know how to finance, don't know how to provide advice, have no education, They use irony and disrespect to deal with the client and I (seller and buyer) for this "company" had to do my financing ALONE and the poor buyer of my property did very, very badly!!!!
Don't waste your time!!! The dream can become a nightmare with this "company"
Guys don't waste your time with this "company" I'm absolutely sure that the 4 families involved in this case didn't deserve to go through all the distress and nervousness we went through.
It took months from September to today (March) to complete the entire process (except for a month of inventory referring to a death)
But the commission lol, yes, they demand it for bad service, mistakes, mistreatment and lack of respect, that has not been reviewed and still with the prize of hearing from the owner, that we want to take advantage of a situation, in short, calling a woman a profiteer!!!! Guys this is so disrespectful!!! Saying that the service was done, so just pay!!!!
They disrespected me woman! With families involved and the only thing we wanted was a correct service.
Don't waste your time, that's what I report, it's not a crumb of everything that happened!!!
