HORRIBLE CALL, AS ARE EVIL Attendants educated, ME WHY laughed NOT KNOW, AND THEY HAVE NO SECOND PROCEDURE FORECAST AND OTHER no answer. OF COURSE, IF THERE SERVICE AT LEAST MOST HAVE ALREADY MARK RIGHT AND WHAT IS OVER SPARE FAST, CAN FIND OUT IF NOT HAVE RELATIVES OF ALL THERE BEING MET!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sistema de agendamento é inoperante....NINGUÉM ATENDE....Será que as senhas já estão direcionadas previamente? Isso tudo é um "faz de conta". Faz :40 minutos que ligo e mesmo sem estar "ocupado" ninguém atende.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No ano passado tive informação dos funcionários da ABO da recepção que estaria marcando apartir de 8 de janeiro 2018. Desde então ligo e os atendentes só dão desculpas uma delas é que está sem sistema e quando não atendem as ligações e outra quando atende coloca o telefone mudo ou quando atende deixa o cliente falando sozinho. E pra completar não faz marcação indo na unidade. Agora mesmo estou tentando ligar e não consigo pq atendem e colocam o telefone em cima do balcão pois dá pra ouvir quando o telefone bate na mesa, volto a ligar e só dá comunicação. Estou tentando desde as 8:00 da manhã, um absurdo isso! 22/01/2018.
