★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca imaginei de vê tanta falta de respeito com o cliente , fiz um pedido de 5 sanduíche e veio pela metade o Boy ficou de retornar a lanchonete pra pegar os que estavam faltando e retornou 3 horas depois com o sanduíche pela metade, uma falta de respeito com o cliente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insatisfação total, muita falta de respeito com o cliente, fiz pedido de lanche não mim informaram q tinha taxa de entrega, mais até aí tudo bem, mas o pedido do lanche vim errado? Faltando intens q tinha no cardápio e acharam normal, e fazer um pedido de um lanche e vim outro menor? E acharem q estão certo? E nem prestam um atendimento de respeito com o cliente mesmo sabendo q estão errado, foi a 1 vez e última q fiz pedido nessa lanchonete, pra isso existe a concorrência, então vamos tentar em outra na próxima vez

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!! Pedi uma entrega e demorou muito. Quando chegou, veio incompleta. Faltou carne em um dos lanches e milho em ambos. Acabei indo ao local presencialmente. Repararam o erro da carne, mas somente lá informaram que não tinha milho no estabelecimento para colocarem nos pedidos. Não nos avisaram previamente de nada disso. Também havia pedido suco e só depois informaram que não estava saindo suco também.
Em suma: em falta de vários produtos, não avisam ao consumidor previamente e cobram o valor do lanche integralmente como no cardápio. Sem consideração com o consumidor. Não houve um pedido de desculpas a respeito da situação. Não volto e não recomendo
Terrible!!! I ordered delivery and it took a long time. When it arrived, it was incomplete. Meat was missing in one of the snacks and corn in both. I ended up going there in person. They fixed the meat error, but only there they reported that there was no corn in the establishment to put in the orders. We were not warned in advance of any of this. I had also asked for juice and only later they reported that there was no juice coming out either.
In short: in the absence of several products, they do not notify the consumer in advance and charge the value of the snack in full as in the menu. No consideration for the consumer. There was no apology regarding the situation. I won't be back and I don't recommend
