Mas, tenho minhas considerações em relação ao setor financeiro e aos esportes. Falando em financeiro, nunca atrasei uma parcela sequer da mensalidade, mesmo tendo passado por dificuldades com a pandemia e ter ficado desempregada. Porém, mesmo enviando o comprovante do Pix mensalmente para a escola, sempre me cobraram indevidamente, o que para mim é um absurdo!!! Não admito ser cobrada, pois, cumpro com meus compromissos honradamente. Para renovar a matricula de meu filho tive que reenviar os comprovantes dos últimos meses. Uma humilhação.
Já em relação aos esportes, também tem muito o que melhorar. Eu levava meu filho para a natação e conto as vezes em que a aula aconteceu normalmente. Sempre havia uma desculpa. A professora atrasava sem comunicar ou a piscina estava suja por ter chovido na noite anterior, ou estava chovendo no momento... E o pior é que nós só sabíamos do fato da aula cancelada ao chegar lá. Morando bem distante do local!

But, I have my considerations in relation to the financial sector and sports. Speaking of finances, I have never been late with even a single installment of the monthly fee, even though I experienced difficulties with the pandemic and became unemployed. However, even sending the monthly Pix receipt to the school, they always charged me unduly, which for me is absurd!!! I do not accept being charged, because I honor my commitments. To renew my son's enrollment I had to resubmit the receipts for the past few months. A humiliation.
As for sports, there is also a lot to improve. I would take my son swimming and count the times the class took place normally. There was always an excuse. The teacher was late without communicating or the pool was dirty because it rained the night before, or it was raining at the time... And the worst thing is that we only knew about the fact that the class was canceled when we got there. Living far away from the place!
