★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa honesta e com preços super competitivos, além da agilidade no envio das mercadorias dão todo o suporte quanto a cotação de frete, poucos fazem isso, a maioria das empresas fazem questão de não se envolver nisso pra não ter trabalho.
Já fiz reparo em uma máquina airless da graco com eles, quando enviei a máquina tinha poucas esperanças que ficaria boa mas voltou como nova, tudo funcionando.
Business honest and super competitive prices, agility beyond the sending of goods give all the support as the price of shipping, few do so, most companies are keen to not get involved in this for not having work.
I've done repair in a airless machine graco with them, when I sent the machine had little hope that would be good but returned as new, everything working.

Pena .... alguns itens ainda com preços acima do mercado . ???. Minha crítica é. ( Espero que a interpretação seja construtiva) . Por ser um ícone de mercado . Deveriam reavaliar os preços.

Me deixaram sem assistência, me trataram super mal, principalmente a vendedora Bruna e o chefe dos técnicos Paulo. Inacreditável o descaso com o cliente. Para que fique claro, eu não pedi nada de graça, eles fizeram a instalação e essa instalação apresentou problema depois de algum tempo (mais de 90 dias), eu não queria nada de graça, queria que enviassem um técnico para refazer a instalação cobrando, mesmo eu achando um absurdo o serviço ter durado pouco tempo para uma instalação industrial. Precisava de suporte, pós venda, assistência técnica e pagaria por isso. Fui super mal atendido e sinceramente achei inacreditável a preguiça e descaso. Hoje tentaram contato comigo, mas não quero mais conversa com empresa desse tipo. Fato relevante, era cliente desde 2002, sendo que comprava deles de duas empresas que sou sócio de ramos totalmente diferentes.
NÃO RECOMENDO, INFELIZMENTE
I have been a long time customer but after the last purchase I advise no one to buy from them. They left me without assistance, they treated me very badly, especially the saleswoman Bruna and the chief technician Paulo. Unbelievable neglect with the customer. To be clear, I didn't order anything for free, they did the installation and this installation had a problem after a while (over 90 days), I didn't want anything for free, I wanted them to send a technician to redo the installation, even though I find it absurd that the service lasted a short time for an industrial facility. I needed support, after sales, technical assistance and would pay for it. I was super poorly attended and sincerely found laziness and neglect unbelievable. Today they tried to contact me, but I don't want to talk to such a company anymore. Significantly, I was a customer since 2002, and I bought from them from two companies that I am a partner of totally different branches.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNFORTUNATELY
