★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre consegui atendimento..mas que coisa estranha fechar pra almoço! As pessoas precisam de atendimento no almoço! Imagina o hospital não atender no almoço.. Basta revezar os funcionários como TODA EMPRESA DE VERGONHA FAZ pra atender seus clientes
 I always got service ... but what a strange thing to close for lunch! People need lunch service! Imagine the hospital doesn’t serve at lunch .. Just rotate the staff as EVERY SHAME COMPANY DOES to serve its customers

Never answer the phone, live more closed than open, do not deliver the goods, and always, always, it is always a problem to solve something there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem o telefone e nunca sei se estão funcionando ou não. Vive mais fechada que aberta, deveria fechar logo e evitar que as pessoas perdam tempo indo aí.
They don't answer the phone and I never know if they are working or not. It lives more closed than open, it should close soon and prevent people from wasting time going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesmo o app pedindo para ir busca nesse endereço. Não funciona mais aqui, agora e no shopping jurema, lá dentro. De 8 as 11,e de 14:00 as 16:00 (segundo o próprio funcionário de lá).
Even the app asking to go search at that address. It no longer works here, now and at the shopping mall, inside. From 8 am to 11 am and from 2 pm to 4 pm (according to the employee there).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, fingem entregar mas não aparecem, 3 dias que disseram que tentaram entregar, minha casa em obras, pedreiro do lado de fora o tempo todo e nem se quer passou ninguém dos correios e registram como carteiro não atendido. Ai mudam de endereço e colocam um endereço inexistente para irmos buscar a encomenda e fico rodando feito besta atrás de uma solução que essa empresa que deveria ser pra facilitar as coisas só dificultam.
