Why put a phone number that NEVER ANSWER, people ... we need to solve something is impossible, for those who live far complicates !!!!! The days'm trying to work on an order is no answer!

E quando a gente vai na agência comunitária,dizem q não está lá e tem q voltar pra lá.
Muito desorganizado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A agência vinha prestando bom serviço até Janeiro de 2020,quando ocorreu um assalto no local e a partir daí suspenderam vários serviços, inclusive o de postagem, e para mim que vendo pela internet estou sendo muito prejudicada pois preciso de deslocar para outra cidade se quiser continuar trabalhando com vendas,sendo que a agência abre para o recebimento de encomendas. Inacreditável!
The agency had been providing good service until January 2020, when a robbery took place on the site and since then they have suspended several services, including postage, and for me, seeing on the internet, I am being severely affected because I need to move to another city if I want continue working with sales, and the agency is open to receive orders. Unbelievable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Minhas encomendas ficam aguardando retirada somente 4 ou 5 dias úteis ( quando deveriam ser 7), pois contam sábado, domingo e feriado. É Muita pressa para devolver pro remetente. Porém pra atualizar o rastreio é uma eternidade! 20 dias que retirei um chip de celular e a operadora não libera o sinal porque a agência dos correios ainda não confirmou a entrega no rastreio.
Terrible! My orders are waiting for pickup only 4 or 5 working days (when they should be 7), as they count Saturday, Sunday and holiday. It is in a great hurry to return to the sender. But to update the tracking is an eternity! 20 days since I removed a cell phone chip and the operator does not release the signal because the post office has not yet confirmed the delivery at screening.
