★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos um serviço de cerca concertina, colocação de fotocelulas e instalação de câmeras. Somente recomendo a concertina porque as fotocelulas ficaram em um local escuro que as luzes acendiam às 16h e apagavam às 7h, em dias nublados 8h da manhã estavam acesas. Passei meses solicitando essa alteração acabei pagando outro eletricista porque já temos 6 meses e nada. O acordado do sistema de segurança foi HD de 1Tb foi colocado de 500GB até hoje 6 meses depois não foi alterado e por fim em setembro 1 câmera apresentou defeito estamos sem essa câmera até agora, todo dia é uma nova data e não comparece, infelizmente não podemos mais esperar pela empresa, afinal estamos sem a câmera que está na garantia já a 2meses. Mais um mês se passa e a situação é a mesma. Nenhuma resposta desta empresa, HD não foi trocado e a câmera ainda sem funcionar. Entramos em janeiro de 2022 e até hoje estou sem a troca do HD e sem a câmera funcionar mesmo com a garantia. Não atende mais o telefone e nem responde WhatsApp.
We did a concertina fence service, placement of photocells and installation of cameras. I only recommend the concertina because the photocells were in a dark place where the lights turned on at 4 pm and turned off at 7 am, on cloudy days 8 am in the morning. I spent months requesting this change and ended up paying another electrician because we already have 6 months and nothing. The security system agreed was 1Tb HD was placed from 500GB until today 6 months later it was not changed and finally in September 1 camera had a defect we are without this camera so far, every day is a new date and he doesn't show up, unfortunately no we can wait longer for the company, after all we are without the camera that is under warranty for 2 months. Another month passes and the situation is the same. No response from this company, HD has not been changed and camera still not working. We entered January 2022 and to this day I still don't have the HD replacement and the camera doesn't work even with the warranty. No longer answering the phone or responding to WhatsApp.
