★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei um treino experimental nessa Academia 3.0 FIT. Gostei muito do atendimento da recepção foi a Bruna. O instrutor de musculação que acompanhou foi Matheus que também foi muito bom, ja treino a mais de 8 anos musculação e gostei muito dos aparelhos com ótima ergonomia (isso e muito importante), que me chamou atenção foi a limpeza, eles fazem uma parada para higienizaçao de todos os aparelhos e no momento que estamos e muito importante esse tipo de preocupação com os clientes. Parabéns Academia 3.0 FIT super recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom lugar para treinar em mogi. O instrutor Clayton, que fica na parte da manhã, é o melhor pois trata sempre com muita atenção e se preocupa em mostrar direito como se faz cada exercício.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro na rua de cima da academia,do Alto do Ipiranga...qnd dá 7:30/8:00 ninguém mais dorme, o som é ensudecedor... Creio que seja por conta da aula de dança, o som é muito alto...acorda todo mundo...isso pq moro na rua de cima...imagina quem mora ao lado ou na frente ..
Não só eu,mas os vizinhos TB reclamam do som muito alto ..
Se querem fazer uma rave , vão pra algum sítio.
Fica aqui minha reclamação.
Respeito é indispensável pra uma boa convivência.
Sugiro ao dono que reveja esse barulho que incomoda demais.
QUASE 1 SEMANA SE PASSOU E CONTINUA O MESMO INCOMODO.

I live on the street above the gym, in Alto do Ipiranga... when it's 7:30/8:00 no one sleeps anymore, the sound is deafening... I think it's because of the dance class, the sound is very loud ...wake up everyone...that's because I live on the top street...imagine who lives next door or in front..
Not only me, but the neighbors also complain about the sound being too loud..
If you want to have a rave, go somewhere.
Here is my complaint.
Respect is essential for a good coexistence.
I suggest the owner to review this noise that bothers too much.
ALMOST 1 WEEK HAS PASSED AND THE SAME DISTURBANCE IS STILL.
ALIAS WORSE.
