★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pratiquei natação na ação e água por um semestre duas vezes na semana. A estrutura da natação é boa. A piscina é grande. Os professores são bons. Eu gostei muito da flexibilidade de poder escolher os dias que iria nadar e os horários. Isso tem o lado positivo de poder escolher dias e horários onde a piscina se encontra mais vazia, ao mesmo tempo que você pode chegar em uma aula onde tem 5 pessoas na mesma raia. Mas eu gostava da flexibilidade. O valor poderia ser reajustado. Está muito caro. Não compensa nunca você escolher o plano de apenas um dia da semana. Tem lugar na cidade mais barato para essa opção. A água nunca esteve suja, suja.. mas teve vários dias que a mesma se encontrava bem turva. A limpeza mais periódica seria uma boa alternativa. A piscina é aquecida. O banheiro é bem limpo. Recomendo sim fazer natação lá. Só acho que os preços poderiam diminuir.
I practiced swimming in action and water for a semester twice a week. The structure of swimming is good. The pool is big. The teachers are good. I really liked the flexibility of choosing the days to swim and the times. This has the positive side of being able to choose days and times where the pool is most empty, while you can arrive in a class where there are 5 people in the same lane. But I liked the flexibility. The value could be readjusted. It is very expensive. It never pays to choose the plan of only one day of the week. It takes place in the cheapest city for this option. The water was never dirty, dirty .. but there were several days that it was very cloudy. More periodic cleaning would be a good alternative. The pool is heated. The bathroom is very clean. Yes, I recommend swimming there. I just think prices could go down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia possui 3 andares: o primeiro andar tem a piscina aquecida, o segundo andar possui excelentes aparelhos de musculaçao e aerobico (bike,esteira e eliptico) com assistencia "24h" dos professores e o terceiro andar é destinado às atividades coletivas (localizada,funcional,hiit,jump, spinning,lutas e dança). A academia é muito agradavel!
The gym has 3 floors: the first floor has a heated swimming pool, the second floor has excellent weight training and aerobic equipment (bike, treadmill and elliptical) with assistance "24h" of teachers and the third floor is intended for collective activities (located, functional, hiit, jump, spinning, fights and dance). The gym is very nice!
