★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou gostando muito de treinar lá, hoje faz 1 semana da minha maior conquista, nos últimos 1 ano e 5 meses de diagnóstico de depressão, só eu sei o quanto foi difícil chegar lá... mais cheguei e agora não largo mais... lá vc não encontra só uma equipe de personal para te ajudar... vc encontra seres humanos que te ajudam de verdade a conseguir se motivar e ter esperança de chegar ao resultado que vc tanto quer!!! Obrigada ??
I'm really enjoying training there, today it's been 1 week since my greatest achievement, in the last 1 year and 5 months of depression diagnosis, only I know how difficult it was to get there... but I arrived and now I don't leave anymore... There you don't just find a team of personnel to help you... you find human beings who really help you to get motivated and hope to get the result you want so much!!! Thank you ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ótimo espaço, aparelhos da academia impecáveis e com várias opções de exercícios, duas piscinas (1 infantil e 1 para adultos), recepção super organizada e todos te recebem muito bem! lá dentro ainda possuí uma cantina com coisas bem gostosas e a academia conta também com muitas outras opções de atividades físicas! Recomendo para todos, se pudesse daria uma nota maior.
great space, clean gym equipment and several exercise options, two swimming pools (1 for children and 1 for adults), super organized reception and everyone welcomes you very well! Inside there is still a canteen with very tasty things and the gym also has many other options for physical activities! I recommend it to everyone, if I could I would give it a higher score.
