★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia com o espaço excelente, bons profissionais, contudo é a única academia da cidade que não liga o sistema de ar-condicionado. Durante a tarde o calor é infernal, para uma academia com mensalidade bem acima da média de mercado isso não é admissível.
Gym with excellent space, good professionals, however it is the only gym in the city that does not turn on the air conditioning system. During the afternoon the heat is hellish, for a gym with a monthly fee well above the market average this is not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O calor ao meio dia é infernal, já solicitei por duas vezes que ligassem os aparelhos de ar-condicionado ou fossem instalados ventiladores por meio da caixa de sugestão disponível na recepção, contudo não fui atendida e nem procurada por nenhum membro da administração. Já malhei em diversas academias e todas elas tinham um sistema de ouvidoria melhor.
Tenho amigos que malham na própria agogê que reclamam do mesmo problema e outros que malhavam e já saíram por acharem desrespeitoso pagar tanto numa academia que parece não ligar para o bem estar dos seus clientes que malham num mega calor como se estivesse numa academia de beira de esquina.
The heat at noon is hellish, I have already asked twice for the air conditioning units to be turned on or fans to be installed through the suggestion box available at the reception, however I was not attended to nor sought by any member of the administration. I have already worked out in several gyms and they all had a better ombudsman system.
I have friends who work out in their own agogê who complain about the same problem and others who work out and have left because they find it disrespectful to pay so much in a gym that they don't seem to care about the well being of their clients who work out in a mega heat as if they were in a gym on the edge corner.
