Otimo espaço para as aulas de dança ,lutas, etc. Para quem gosta de praticar ''musculação de verdade '' por exemplo tem excelente variedade , quantidade e qualidade de aparelhagem. Sem contudo serem esses aparelhos muito modernos como acontecem hoje em dia com a maioria das grandes acamias. E é justamente por isso que eu
escolhi ela para treinar . Porque são justamente esses aparelhos que dão melhores e mais rápidos resultados na transformação muscular . Uma pena que hoje em dia as grandes academias estejam modernizando demais seus equipamentos. Espero que a R3 também não vá para esse caminho e continue mantendo sua excencia . Os profissionais e instrutores são ótimos .
Sem contar o preço que é realmente muitooo barato . Super recomendo.
