★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiver uma péssima experiência, depois de muito tempo sem treina, quando voltei tive a infelicidade de fazer um treina com um aluno que me lesionou grave rompeu meu joelho já faz 2 anos nunca tive nem uma ligação do responsável pela academia, a única vez que eu liguei ele me falou que isso é normal, mas sou eu que tô sofrendo com está lesão tenho que opera, mas devido a pandemia não tá sendo possível, tô tendo que paga fisioterapia pra fortalecer quando não faço fico com dor, mas nem sempre tenho dinheiro pra paga o tratamento, ainda devido os antienflamatorio forte que tomei me causo outros problemas na minha saúde, tento esquecer mas cada vez que tenho dor ou vo fazer o tratamento me lembro.
Having a bad experience, after a long time without training, when I came back I had the misfortune of doing a training with a student who seriously injured me broke my knee 2 years ago I never even had a call from the person in charge of the gym, the only time I I called he told me that this is normal, but I am the one suffering from this injury, I have to operate, but due to the pandemic it is not possible, I have to pay physiotherapy to strengthen when I don't, I get pain, but I don't always have money to pay for the treatment, even due to the strong anti-inflammatory I took, I cause other problems in my health, I try to forget about it but every time I have pain or go to the treatment I remember.
