Minhas filhas e minha sogra adoram.
The pool is fantastic, the teachers are great, the cleaning staff are super polite and the reception is also great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até o local para conhecer os planos e como sou gestante tenho interesse na hidroginástica, cheguei até a recepção e não recebi nem um boa tarde, a recepcionista se quer perguntou meu nome, ou qualquer outro dado, nem pegou meu contato, não se deu ao trabalho de apresentar a academia e piscina, apresentou os planos apenas, e focou na taxa de matrícula a qual não concordo pq eu não iria utilizar a avaliação, e ela mesma disse que eu não precisaria fazer pq sou gestante, mas a recepcionista que sem o menor interesse em fidelizar um cliente ou pelo menos mostrar algum profissionalismo, disse que a taxa é obrigatória mesmo que eu não faça a avaliação e ponto final. Sendo assim, e entendi que eles preferem perder o cliente (mesmo que feche um plano de mais meses). Fiquei observando que a atendente não fez menor questão de tentar reverter ou até mesmo tentar me convencer me mostrando outros benefícios do local, até pq nem mostrar a academia ela mostrou, saí do local, horrorizada, a academia é nova, no bairro onde moro, e chegam aqui para tratarem as pessoas com tanto desprezo? Péssima experiência. PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO!
I went to the place to know the plans and as I am pregnant I am interested in water aerobics, I arrived at the reception and I didn't even receive a good afternoon, the receptionist either asked my name, or any other data, she didn't even take my contact, she didn't to the work of presenting the gym and pool, presented the plans only, and focused on the tuition fee which I do not agree with because I would not use the assessment, and she herself said that I would not need to do it because I am pregnant, but the receptionist who without the slightest interest in retaining a customer or at least showing some professionalism, said that the fee is mandatory even if I don't do the evaluation, period. So, and I understood that they prefer to lose the customer (even if they close a plan for more months). I observed that the attendant didn't make any attempt to reverse it or even try to convince me by showing me other benefits of the place, even because she didn't even show the gym she did, I left the place, horrified, the gym is new, in the neighborhood where I live, and come here to treat people with such contempt? Bad experience. TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que parece ser bom pela estrutura e horrível quando você precisa cancelar. Não façam o plano anual porque se tiver que cancelar antes eles ficam com quase 50% do valor pago. Cancelamento com valores abusivos. Vou atrás dos meus direitos.
Which looks good by the structure and horrible when you need to cancel. Don't do the annual plan because if you have to cancel before they keep almost 50% of the amount paid. Cancellation with abusive values. I'm going after my rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falar no telefone com eles é algo impossível. Já desisti.. Sou aluna tenho um plano anual e sinceramente não pretendo renovar por causa disso. Muito complicado agendar reposição ou ligar lá pra ter informações!
Atualização: hoje 09/03/22 estou a quase 1 hora ligando pra tentar agendar uma reposição e nenhum dos dois telefones ou whatsapp atendem. Ai vem com desculpa de problema no telefone, é ABSURDO o atendimento deles para clientes que já foram lá matricularam e pagaram. Descaso completo. Tenho primos matriculados, meus sobrinhos iam matricular e desistiram.. Pós atendimento deles é nota ZERO! Se vc for lá querendo matricular eles te tratam super bem, mas depois... Nunca tive tanto desgosto no atendimento de um lugar, cruz credo! Professores são ótimos mas quem fica responsável pelo telefone e whatsapp deveria ser treinado!
Repito: cuidado aos interessados, vão passar raiva se precisarem resolver algo por telefone ou agendar reposição de aulas. A prova esta aí o no print da imagem.. Ninguém atende desde 09:04 e antes eu já tinha mandado whatsapp.
Talking on the phone with them is impossible. I've already given up.. I'm a student, I have an annual plan and I honestly don't intend to renew it because of that. Very complicated to schedule replacement or call there for information!
Update: today 09/03/22 I've been calling for almost 1 hour to try to schedule a replacement and neither of the two phones or whatsapp answer. Here comes the excuse of a problem on the phone, their service is ABSURD for customers who have already been there, enrolled and paid. Complete neglect. I have cousins enrolled, my nephews were going to enroll and dropped out.. Their post service is ZERO grade! If you go there wanting to enroll they treat you very well, but then... I've never had so much displeasure in the service of a place, Cruz creed! Teachers are great but whoever is responsible for the phone and whatsapp should be trained!
I repeat: beware of those interested, they will be angry if they need to solve something over the phone or schedule replacement classes. The proof is there in the print of the image.. No one answers since 09:04 and before that I had already sent whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conselho: Não se deixe iludir pelo lugar lindo e pela bela piscina da academia. E caso faça a matrícula, não cancele antes do prazo, evite dor de cabeça.
Matriculei meus filhos na natação em novembro/2021. No ato da matrícula me informaram que caso houvesse desistência antes do término do contrato (6 meses) o valor proporcional seria devolvido.
Fiz a solicitação do cancelamento dia 07/03/2022 me pediram para aguardar até 20 dias úteis, para que eles entrassem em contato.
Hoje é dia 04/04/2022 e NINGUÉM entrou em contato comigo e todas as vezes que eu liguei a "responsável" pelo financeiro ou não atende, ou não está na empresa.
Pelo whatsapp a única coisa que me falam é que já passaram a solicitação para o financeiro.
Enfim, o que posso perceber é que a Aqualita é aquele tipo de empresa que atende bem no momento de captar o cliente, mas no primeiro momento que surge algum problema eles irão ignorar o cliente, sem dar a menor satisfação.
Estou extremamente decepcionada e deixo aqui o meu registro.
Advice: Don't be fooled by the beautiful location and the beautiful swimming pool at the gym. And if you register, don't cancel before the deadline, avoid a headache.
I enrolled my children in swimming in November/2021. At the time of registration, I was informed that if there was a withdrawal before the end of the contract (6 months), the proportional amount would be refunded.
I made the cancellation request on 03/07/2022 they asked me to wait up to 20 business days for them to get in touch.
Today is the 04/04/2022 and NOBODY has contacted me and every time I called the "responsible" for finance either he doesn't answer, or he's not in the company.
Through whatsapp the only thing they tell me is that they have already passed the request to the finance department.
Anyway, what I can see is that Aqualita is that type of company that serves well when it comes to capturing the customer, but at the first moment that a problem arises they will ignore the customer, without giving the slightest satisfaction.
I am extremely disappointed and here is my record.
