★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não visitei a instalação física, na sexta feira dia 20/08/21 liguei para saber valores e a atendente me ofereceu de cortesia uma aula experimental, aceitei e quando disse que meu filho era autista a atendente mudou a conversa disse que iria conversar com a cordenadora dela e me ligaria na segunda feira 23/08. Hoje 24/08 nada de ligação só quero acreditar que o motivo do não contato é que devem ter perdido meu número, acredito que não foi preconceito!
Mas aqui encerra minha experiência e por sinal negativa!
Em relação a resposta meu telefone XXXXX-6854 e a atendente confirmou o meu telefone, entrei em contato pois meu filho faz natação em uma academia e queria tentar está academia pois temos conhecido que o filho autista faz aí.
I did not visit the physical facility, on Friday 20/08/21 I called to find out values and the attendant offered me a free experimental class, I accepted and when I said that my son was autistic the attendant changed the conversation and said she would talk to the her coordinator and would call me on Monday 23/08. Today, 8/24 there is no connection, I just want to believe that the reason for not contacting me is that they must have lost my number, I believe it was not prejudice!
But here ends my experience and by the way negative!
Regarding the answer, my phone number XXXXX-6854 and the attendant confirmed my phone number, I got in touch because my son swims in a gym and I wanted to try this gym because we have known that autistic children do it there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente , tanto pelo profissionalismo , atenção e higienização da academia , porém após a liberação do uso da máscara a academia parou de higienizar os pesos e aparelhos como estavam fazendo, por isso diminui 1 estrela.
Excellent, both for the professionalism, attention and hygiene of the gym, but after the use of the mask was released, the gym stopped cleaning the weights and equipment as they were doing, so it decreases 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu amigo anos atrás fez e deixaram o irmão cair e quase afogar na piscina. A dona disse que queria tratamento especial e a família inteira dele parou. Mesmo assim tentei dar uma chance, aconteceu a mesma coisa - agora eu com filhos. Agora, são duas famílias não indicando.
My friend years ago did and they let his brother fall and nearly drown in the pool. The owner said she wanted special treatment and his entire family stopped. Even so I tried to give it a chance, the same thing happened - now I have kids. Now, there are two families not indicating.
