★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre malhei lá desde minha adolescência. É um lugar bastante acolhedor, com um preço justo. Porém, ao malhar lá depois de muitos anos, só vi pessoas sem máscara e falta de higiene relacionada aos aparelhos. O mínimo que a academia tinha que exigir dos alunos, é o uso da máscara.
I have always worked out there since my teens. It is a very welcoming place, with a fair price. However, when working out there after many years, I only saw people without a mask and lack of hygiene related to the devices. The least that the academy had to demand from students is the use of the mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia pequena e aparelhos um pouco desgastados mas consigo treinar musculação de maneira tranquila, pois as vezes que estive lá estava vazio. Me senti a vontade para voltar sempre que precisar.
Small gym and equipment a little worn out, but I can train weights in a quiet way, because the times I was there it was empty. I felt free to come back whenever I needed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia com ambiente familiar. O espaço de treino é amplo e com bastante pesos livre e anilhas,não falta pra ninguém. O horário de funcionamento é fantástico,de 5h às 0h. Fim de semanas e feriados tbm funciona.
Gym with a family atmosphere. The training space is large and with plenty of free weights and weight plates, no one is lacking. Opening hours are fantastic, from 5am to midnight. Weekends and holidays also work.
