Os equipamentos são modernos e os instrutores são bons, destaque para o Zezinho que é quem fez minha avaliação e que é super atencioso com os alunos novos e os que precisam de um acompanhamento mais próximo. Não sou muito próxima dos donos, mas não tenho o que reclamar, a dona malha lá. A filha dos donos trabalha lá também ( não é simpática e nunca peço a ajuda dela). Por enquanto não malhei no verão, mas espero que o horário seja estendido aos sábados, pois fecha ao meio dia.
Acho que precisam focar um pouco na limpeza das paredes e esteiras que ficam sujas facilmente.
I've been enrolled for 4 months and I'm enjoying it. The equipment is modern and the instructors are good, especially Zezinho, who made my assessment and who is super attentive to new students and those who need closer monitoring. I am not very close to the owners, but I have nothing to complain about, the owner works there. The owners' daughter works there too (she is not friendly and I never ask for her help). So far I haven't worked out in the summer, but I hope the schedule will be extended on Saturdays, as it closes at noon.
I think they need to focus a little on cleaning the walls and mats that get dirty easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente climatizado e com aparelhos para todos os exercícios, leve seu fone, pois as músicas de lá, pelo menos à mim não agradam muito... Fiquei triste por ver que tinham umas 2 esteiras lá disponíveis haviam pequenos defeitos e que ainda não foram consertados, mas tem outras disponíveis.. O banheiro é meio ruim, poderiam disponibilizar sabonete líquido, odeio sabonete em barra. Mas no geral, pelo preço, vale a pena.
Airconditioned environment and with all day exercises, take your phone, because the songs there, at least to me do not please much ... I was sad to see that there were 2 mats available there were small defects and have not yet been fixed , but has other available .. The bathroom is kinda bad, they could make soap liquid, I hate bar soap. But overall, for the price, it's worth it.
