★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma diária, só pra conhecer. P/ uma academia de bairro, achei excelente. Não tem muitos pesos, mas o suficiente e bem organizados, todas as anilhas de boa qualidade e emborrachadas. Tinha uma personal trainer lá na hora, e estava bem atenta p/ ajudar os alunos. Poderia ter mais máquinas, mas com tempo disponível e revezando, não tem problema. Só não me matriculei pq já faço academia mais próximo de casa.
I did a daily, just to know. P / a health district, found it excellent. Not many weights, but enough and well organized, all good quality washers and rubberized. I had a personal trainer there on time, and was well aware p / help students. Could have more machines, but with time available and taking turns, no problem. Just I do not already enrolled cuz I nearest gym facilities.
