Já a recepção um desastre total (falo pela turno da manhã uma tal de Flávia é de uma grosseria sem tamanho ,fui chamada de mentirosa por tabela!!
Enfim uma pena eu e meus filhos estávamos com planos de malhar com vcs!
Vcs precisam rever esse tipo de logística !
The structure of the gym is perfect, the equipment is great, the professionals in the bodybuilding area are very attentive!
Already the reception was a total disaster (I speak for the morning shift, one Flavia is of immeasurable rudeness, I was called a liar by the table!!
Anyway, my kids and I had plans to work out with you guys!
You guys need to review this type of logistics!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia moderna, público selecionado (alguns artistas, informação boa para quem é turista) e ótimos aparelhos. O atendimento é bom, com possibilidade de melhora já cordialidade. O destaque ficou por conta da equipe de limpeza que foi muito simpática e sempre em ação.
Modern gym, selected audience (some artists, good information for tourists) and great equipment. The service is good, with the possibility of improvement already cordiality. The highlight was the cleaning staff who were very friendly and always on the go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia em si é bastante agradável porém o atendimento é péssimo e com certeza não é de um serviço premium. Os funcionários da recepção na sua maioria são extremamente antipaticos e não colaborativos, o sistema nunca funciona impossibilitando pagamento, cancelamento e etc … nada se resolve fácil e nunca se tem retorno. Uma pena, era uma academia com tudo pra ser ótima e peca bastante no gerenciamento que reforço ser péssimo.
The gym itself is quite nice but the service is terrible and it's certainly not a premium service. Most of the reception staff are extremely unfriendly and uncooperative, the system never works, making payment, cancellation, etc. impossible, nothing gets resolved easily and there is never a return. A pity, it was a gym with everything to be great and it lacks a lot in the management that I reinforce being terrible.

Não gosto apenas do fato de 20 min antes do horário de fechar a academia alguns funcionários saírem guardando os pesos e desligando equipamento no “desespero” para irem embora. Certa vez, estava na esteira, faltando 15 min para a academia fechar e um funcionário disse para mim que precisava desligar as esteiras. Falei pra ele que na esteira que eu estava ele só iria desligar quando eu terminasse de treinar e que eu terminaria antes de fechar a academia. Ele respondeu dizendo que só estava cumprindo ordens. Nesse mesmo dia, minha esposa estava treinando bi-série com pesos e máquina junto, o funcionário sabia que tinha aluno usando o peso, mas guardou no tal do desespero para fechar academia (faltava 20 minutos para fechar), atrapalhando o treino dela. Espero que esta postura dos funcionários não continue se repetindo, caso contrário não renovaremos o contrato anual. Academia serve para relaxar a mente e fortalecer o corpo do aluno, não para se estressar com atitudes erradas de funcionários.
Excellent gym structure and generally good staff. I don't just like the fact that 20 minutes before the gym closes, some employees leave putting away their weights and turning off equipment in “desperation” to leave. I was on the treadmill one time, 15 minutes before the gym closes, and an employee told me I needed to turn off the treadmills. I told him that on the treadmill I was on he would only turn it off when I finished training and that I would finish before closing the gym. He responded by saying he was just following orders. That same day, my wife was training bi-sets with weights and a machine together, the employee knew there was a student using the weight, but he kept it in despair to close the gym (20 minutes to close), interfering with her training. I hope that this attitude of the employees does not continue to be repeated, otherwise we will not renew the annual contract. Gym serves to relax the mind and strengthen the student's body, not to stress about wrong attitudes of employees.
