★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento em relação aos instrutores da academia. A academia já se encontra aberta as 6h da manhã e não tem nenhum instrutor do local para auxiliar nos exercícios, é necessário pedir ajuda para personais particulares que se encontram no local dando aula.
 Poor service in relation to the academy instructors. The gym is already open at 6:00 am and there is no instructor on site to help with the exercises, it is necessary to ask for help from private individuals who are on site giving classes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os aparelhos da academia são bem modernos e novos, o atendimento do lugar excedeu minhas expectativas. Os personais são bem dispostos a te auxiliar. A disposição dos aparelhos ficou muito comoda possibilitando agilidade nos treinos.
The gym equipment is very modern and new, the service in the place exceeded my expectations. The personals are very willing to help you. The layout of the devices was very convenient, allowing for agility in training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Logo que abriu era ótima.Tinha problemas de cancelamento de aulas sem aviso prévio, mas em geral as aulas sempre foram boas. Recentemnte precisei de uma documentação e o atendimento foi péssimo. Precisei dar uma estrela na avaliação no Google para vir o gerente e me atender maravilhosamente bem. Por isso minha avaliação final é média.
As soon as it opened it was great. I had problems with classes being canceled without notice, but in general the classes were always good. Recently I needed documentation and the service was terrible. I had to give a star rating on Google to come to the manager and serve me wonderfully. So my final rating is average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia excelente, de verdade! Bem completa em variedade de aparelhos e na estrutura toda.
Só n é a melhor de Poços por detalhe. Horário entre 18:00 e 21:30 falta anilha para treinar. A Academia é bem espaçosa, poderia colocar tranquilamente um aparelho de cada, dos principais a mais. Mais um cross, um voador, um hack de agachamento por exemplo e aumenta um pouco a quantidade de anilhas. Ia dar muita diferença pra quem vai esse horário. Se não for treinar esse horário de pico, recomendo com certeza, a academia é muito boa!
Excellent gym indeed! Very complete in variety of appliances and in the whole structure.
Only n is the best in Poços for detail. Time between 18:00 and 21:30 lacks a ring to train. The Gym is very spacious, you could easily place one of each device, from the main ones to more. Another cross, a flyer, a squat hack for example and it increases the amount of plates a little. It would make a big difference to whoever goes at that time. If you are not going to train at this peak time, I definitely recommend it, the gym is very good!
