★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa academia tem mais de 30 processos só no TRT e pelo menos outras duas dúzias em juizados especiais. Eles não te deixam cancelar, e pegam seu dinheiro. Tive que judicializar e embora tenha tido ganho de causa, até agora não recebi. Dêem um google e pesquisem. Depois do que acharem, tenho certeza que vão pensar 2x.
 This academy has more than 30 cases in TRT alone and at least two dozen other special courts. They don't let you cancel, and they take your money. I had to go to court and although I won the case, so far I haven't received it. Google it and search. After what they find, I'm sure they'll think twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado com essa academia, frequentei uma academia da mesma franquia e mesmo dono que fechou DO NADA e ficou com o nosso dinheiro! Sem devolver, sem tirar o contrato e continuo pagando a mensalidade sem nenhuma solução.
Não recomendo.
Beware of this gym, I attended a gym of the same franchise and the same owner that closed DO NOTHING and took our money! Without returning, without taking out the contract and I continue to pay the monthly fee without any solution.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou aluna da Target na rua Cubatão e ao chegar la hoje dia 21/12/21, tomei conhecimento que o professor está em férias e não tinha nenhum outro profissional para orientar os alunos. Perguntei a recepcionista a previsão para ter um substituto e ela de forma bem displicente e desdenhosa disse que não sabia.
Isto fere as boas praticas de uma academia, visto que é obrigatório a presença de um profissional qualificado no ambiente.

I am a student at Target on Cubatão Street and when I arrived there today, 12/21/21, I learned that the teacher is on vacation and had no other professional to guide the students. I asked the receptionist for the forecast to have a replacement and she in a very casual and disdainful way said she didn't know.
This hurts the good practices of an academy, as the presence of a qualified professional in the environment is mandatory.
I await a placement

O contrato só me foi enviado após contratação do plano.
Não confie na palavra dos funcionários, agora a única coisa que fizeram foi dizer “desculpa”!
I was assured that I would have the possibility of locking for as long as necessary, but now they don't accept it for more than 1 month!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima administração, ou malandragem mesmo. Fui aluna da black fit e eles fecharam na surdina, sem avisar e encaminharam a gente para a target. Enfim fiz um plano com eles, esperando que o meu da black se encerrasse. Para surpresa depois de 5 meses vi que eles tinham renovado automaticamente o meu plano, conclusão faz 5 meses que pago mensalidade duplicada! E faz 1 mes que estou atrás de resolver e ninguém resolve o problema que eles causaram! Nao tem telefone, me deram um email que nao respondem...A moca da recepção uma grossa!!!
sao malandros ou nao sao?? Quero meu dinheiro de volta e o cancelamento imediato do meu plano!!!!!!!
Bad management, or even trickery. I was a black fit student and they closed it quietly, without warning and sent us to target. Finally I made a plan with them, waiting for my da black one to end. To my surprise, after 5 months I saw that they had automatically renewed my plan, and I have been paying double monthly fees for 5 months! And I've been after 1 month to solve it and no one solves the problem they caused! There's no phone, they gave me an email that they don't answer... The girl at the reception is rude!!!
are they crooks or aren't they?? I want my money back and immediate cancellation of my plan!!!!!!!
