Os profissionais são ótimos, muito prestativos e amigáveis, além de ter vários aparelhos, no treino de pernas ajuda muito ter mais de 1 aparelho, principalmente tendo 4 legs 45º, pois mesmo com academia lotada você consegue executar o treino. Só acho que a qualidade da higienização caiu muito nos últimos meses, tanto no banheiro quanto o papel e álcool para limpeza dos colchonetes.
The best minas fit unit in Lavras, I've been to others but this is the best. The professionals are great, very helpful and friendly, besides having several machines, in leg training it helps a lot to have more than 1 machine, especially having 4 legs 45º, because even with crowded gym you can perform the training. I just think the quality of sanitation has dropped a lot in recent months, both in the bathroom and the paper and alcohol for cleaning mattresses.
