 I worked out there for seven years, I was always well received by the owners Sonia and Nilton, a big hug to them, the rest in the gym and excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia muito boa! Os equipamentos são antigos na época pela qual frequentava, porém nesse período eles devem ter disposto novos equipamentos.
Very good gym! The equipment is old in the time for which it frequented, however in that period they must have arranged new equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faça chuva ou sol, dia bom ou ruim a Sônia e Nilton sempre me receberam muito bem, não só a mim como os demais, sempre tiveram muito carinho e profissionalismo com os alunos, sempre torço pelo êxito deles,enfim estive lá por 7 anos, academia era excelente ..mas precisa modernizar.
Rain or shine, good or bad day Sônia and Nilton always welcomed me very well, not only me but the others, they always had a lot of affection and professionalism with the students, I always support their success, I was there for 7 years, gym was excellent ..but needs to modernize.

Great gym, Sonia is a great person and professional. Besides everything has two weight rooms, no lack of any equipment.
