★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma academia boa depende muito dos profissionais q nela trabalham. A Coliseu já foi uma boa academia, mas há uma rotatividade mt grande de profissionais na parte da manhã, o q acaba prejudicando a motivação e o desenvolvimento dos alunos.
A good gym depends a lot on the professionals who work in it. Coliseu was once a good academy, but there is a lot of turnover of professionals in the morning, which ends up harming the motivation and development of students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para um aula experimental de MMA e gostei bastante. A academia é bem grande, ventilada e o professor super paciente e atencioso. Minha única reclamação é que a aula de MMA acontece no 2° andar e lá tem bebedouro, mas o copo fica no térreo. Então no meio da aula, quando sente bastante sede, é obrigado a descer até o térreo para buscar um copo e depois subir novamente.
I went to an experimental MMA class and I really enjoyed it. The gym is very large, ventilated and the teacher is super patient and attentive. My only complaint is that the MMA class takes place on the 2nd floor and there is a drinking fountain, but the cup is on the ground floor. So in the middle of class, when he feels very thirsty, he is forced to go downstairs to get a glass and then go upstairs again.
