 As far as weight training is concerned, it is a gym for beginners. There is no diversity of devices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um ano de 2019 muito bom orientado pelo Raphael, mais infelizmente após a reabertura por causa da Pandemia. A orientação pelos instrutores está muito ruim aqui na Contração do Caji. Orientadores usam Celulares o tempo todo, não acompanham os alunos na transição de mudança de treino, ficam fazendo do espaço com danças exóticas que pede para repetir a música e a encenação continua e conversa paralelas e esquece de orientar os alunos. Ligue por telefone em 17/11/20 com Raphael e no dia 18/11/20 continuava a mesma coisa e mais! Orientadora sentada na recepção e com clientes malhando ao Deus dará. Espero que melhore. Renato.
I had a very good 2019 year guided by Raphael, most unfortunately after the reopening because of the Pandemic. The orientation by the instructors is very bad here in the Caji Contraction. Counselors use cell phones all the time, do not accompany students in the transition to change their training, are making the space with exotic dances that asks to repeat the music and the staging continues and talks in parallel and forgets to guide the students. Call by phone on 11/17/20 with Raphael and on 11/18/20 it was the same thing and more! Counselor sitting at reception and with customers working out to God will give. I hope that you get better. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima academia com aparelhos suficiente para desenvolver um atleta, também tem professores que acompanham os alunos, contudo, ajuda os alunos inexperientes. A única coisa que não gostei foi a alteração das aulas de Muay Thai, cujo antes eram de graça.
Great gym with enough equipment to develop an athlete, it also has teachers who accompany students, however, it helps inexperienced students. The only thing I didn't like was the change in Muay Thai classes, which used to be free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia tem até uma estrutura física boa, porém, os aparelhos precisam de reparos... não vale o valor da mensalidade. Achei simplesmente que precisa melhorar nesse quesito ?
The gym even has a good physical structure, however, the devices need repairs... it's not worth the monthly fee. I simply thought that you need to improve in this regard ?

I like this gym, I've been to several but I always come back to this one, it has a differential that is the employees, polite, attentive to everyone, they love what they do.
