It has been interesting, trying to please a lot, variety of equipment and options to keep in good shape. Equipment could be more updated, but still contribute well.

Fomos até a academia, fizemos o check-in no app e para nossa desagradável surpresa, fomos impedidos pelo proprietário, o senhor Gilson, de usar a esteira, pois o mesmo argumentou que o valor repassado pelo Gympass era pouco e caso ele permitisse, estaria pagando para a gente treinar. Minha revolta foi tão grande que voltei da portaria mesmo. Mediante ao acontecimento, entrei em contato contato com o Gympass, eles responderam que iriam apurar a situação e pediram desculpas pelo transtorno. Passaram-se alguns dias e tive o retorno do contato, para minha surpresa eles disseram que segundo o Gilson, a negativa foi devido às esteiras serem terceirizadas, fato esse que não é verdade. Nem faz sentido todos os demais equipamentos serem da academia e só as esteiras não. Voltamos na academia normalmente e o Gilson informou que iria liberar o uso da esteira por 10 minutos, como se estivesse nos fazendo um favor, sendo que o próprio regulamento interno, exposto em placas dentro da academia diz que o tempo de uso é de 30 minutos por aluno. Por fim, nem valeu a pena a nossa insistência, pois o equipamentos em sua maioria são velhos e defasados, principalmente a esteira, que ele faz tanta questão...
My wife and I are Gympass users and this gym is available on our plan. We went to the gym, checked in on the app and to our unpleasant surprise, we were prevented by the owner, Mr. Gilson, from using the treadmill, as he argued that the amount transferred by Gympass was little and if he allowed it, he would be paying us to train. My revolt was so great that I came back from the entrance. Upon the event, I contacted Gympass, they replied that they would investigate the situation and apologized for the inconvenience. A few days went by and I got the call back, to my surprise they said that according to Gilson, the refusal was due to the treadmills being outsourced, a fact that is not true. It doesn't even make sense that all other equipment is from the gym and only the treadmills don't. We returned to the gym normally and Gilson informed that he would allow the use of the treadmill for 10 minutes, as if he was doing us a favor, and the internal regulation itself, exposed on signs inside the gym says that the time of use is 30 minutes per student. Finally, it was not even worth our insistence, as the equipment is mostly old and out of date, especially the treadmill, which he insists so much on...
