★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia em si eu não frequento, porém faço aulas de Muay Thai lá e o professor é muito bom. Vale a pena. Possui um quadro de horários bem acessível para todos, sendo que a maioria das academias só oferecem esse tipo de serviço a noite
I don't go to the gym itself, but I do Muay Thai classes there and the teacher is very good. It is worth it. It has a very accessible timetable for everyone, and most gyms only offer this type of service at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia é muito bem acessorada. Tive uma lesão séria no joelho, de ruptura, e eles fizeram ficha que recuperou o dano, agora faço leg press e até levanto peso. Todos muito simpáticos.
The gym is very well accessed. I had a serious knee injury, a rupture, and they made a record that the damage was recovered, now I do leg presses and even lift weights. All very friendly.
