Total falta de compromisso com as clientes, o proprietário que seria responsável pelo atendimento não foi ao salão e muito menos deu um parecer do motivo do atraso, e olha que eu não era a única a ser atendida. Anteriormente em uma escova o atendimento foi feito com MÁ VONTADE. Não pisem nesse salão, pois não vale à pena o desgaste.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Total lack of commitment to the customers, the owner who would be responsible for the service did not go to the salon, much less give an opinion on the reason for the delay, and I was not the only one to be served. Previously in a brush the service was done with BAD WILL. Don't step foot in this salon, it's not worth the wear and tear.

Fui apenas matizar o meu cabelo, e ele manchou toda a frente do meu cabelo com os produtos de quinta que ele usa e do profissional péssimo que ele é. Isso se podemos considerar ele um profissional né?!
Além dele ter detonado o meu cabelo ainda me cobrou 400 reias pelo serviço por que ele fez. Ele falou que iria corrigir o que ele teria feito no meu cabelo. Mas eu não tenho coragem de deixar ele bem pentear meu cabelo. Só queria que ele colocasse a mão não consciência( que ele não tem) e devolvesse o meu dinheiro. Mas ele é falso, mentiroso e mal caráter. Só manda mensagens mentirosas. Foi a minha primeira e última vez nesse salão, que quando eu tive lá pude perceber que ele não tem cliente, porque a fama dele de ser um profissional lixo é generalizada. Então por favor, não caia no mesmo golpe que eu. As rede sociais dele só conta mentiras, trabalhos antigos que ele fez, agora ele não tem compromisso, nem responsabilidade muito menos profissionalismo com os cliente.

I just went to dye my hair, and he stained the entire front of my hair with the junk products he uses and what a terrible professional he is. That if we can consider him a professional right?!
In addition to him having blown up my hair, he also charged me 400 reais for the service he did. He said he would fix what he would have done to my hair. But I don't have the courage to let him comb my hair. I just wanted him to put his non-conscience hand (which he doesn't have) and give my money back. But he is false, a liar and a bad character. It only sends false messages. It was my first and last time at this salon, and when I was there I could see that he doesn't have a client, because his reputation as a rubbish professional is widespread. So please don't fall for the same scam as me. His social networks only tell lies, old jobs he did, now he has no commitment, no responsibility, much less professionalism with clients.
