Tem turmas para homens e para mulheres, para quem está começando no mundo do boxe e para quem já é experiente e quer se aprimorar. A Profa Flávia tem ótima didática e técnica, motiva as alunas e alunos com muita animação e dinâmica de treinos. É possível marcar aula experimental, recomendo!
 Excellent gym, very welcoming and concerned about the health of the students. There are classes for men and women, for those who are starting out in the boxing world and for those who are already experienced and want to improve themselves. Profa Flávia has excellent teaching and technique, motivates students with lots of fun and dynamic training. It is possible to book a trial class, I recommend it!
