Nesta aula nossos professores ministram circuitos coletivos com exercícios que se aproximam ou se assemelham aos movimentos fundamentais do cotidiano do ser humano, como sentar, levantar, deitar, correr, saltar e agachar em 30 minutos de muita descontração e suor em um ambiente equipado para esta modalidade!
Em média 400 Kcal são eliminadas e os alunos, além de satisfeitos, saem da aula com a camiseta molhada!
