★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa incomodam muito com as mesmas músicas de sempre repetindo durante a manhã e a noite no fundo de casa, fora quando a pastora da universal resolve gritar no microfone durante a aula de zumba. Minha cabeça fica atordoada... Pessoal resolve o som aí e faz um tratamento acústico pra não incomodar a vizinhança... O som ecoa no condomínio inteiro...
Ours are very uncomfortable with the same songs as always repeating during the morning and night in the back of the house, outside when the pastor of universal decides to scream into the microphone during the zumba class. My head is dizzy... People solve the sound there and do an acoustic treatment so as not to disturb the neighborhood... The sound echoes in the entire condominium...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente espaço, seguro, amplo e com estacionamento próprio, porém oque eles pecam muito é na altura do som e nas gritarias no microfone, precisam urgentemente resolver isso, pq as aulas são feitas no fundo de minha residência e o som incomoda muito de manhãzinha e no fim de tarde. Precisam fazer um isolamento acústico pro som não incomodar os moradores atrás da academia. A minha avaliação pode mudar para mais estrelas e posso até virar cliente se resolverem isso, por favor.
Excellent space, safe, ample and with its own parking, but what they lack a lot is the height of the sound and the shouting at the microphone, they urgently need to solve this, because the classes are held in the back of my house and the sound is very annoying in the early morning and in the late afternoon. They need to be soundproofed so the sound doesn't disturb the residents behind the gym. My rating may change to more stars and I may even become a client if they resolve this, please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia isso é muito boa porém os personal trailer quando a gente pede alguma ajuda eles falam que se todo mundo da academia pedir alguma ajuda vai ficar sem instrutor por isso eu dei só três estrelas tirando isso academia e excelente
Gym this is very good but the personal trailers when we ask for help they say that if everyone at the gym asks for some help they will be without an instructor so I only gave it three stars except for that gym and excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, minha esposa foi ver se fazia aula experimental eles não fazem, primeira academia que vejo que não faz isso, e ainda se acham a melhor academia da cidade.
Não adianta ter aparelhos novos, um espaço bacana e personal para orientar os alunos e ter um atendimento Péssimo.
NÃO RECOMENDO PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA...
Terrible service, my wife went to see if they did an experimental class, they don't, the first gym I see that doesn't do that, and they still think they're the best gym in town.
It's no use having new equipment, a nice and personal space to guide students and have a terrible service.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BAD EXPERIENCE...
