★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou amando,nunca tinha entrado em uma academia, cheguei lá em junho C 79,kg,desmotivada sem nenhuma alto estima,super p baixo como mulher,ouvindo das pessoas nossa como vc engordou, hoje estou pensando 70 kg,e me sinto renovada,claro q preciso continuar p alcançar meu objetivo, mas hoje vejo o quanto vale a pena.
Fiz amizades,encontrei amigos de infância, e sem contar q o professor é um cara muito bacana.
I'm loving it, I've never been to a gym, I got there in June C 79 kg, unmotivated without any high esteem, super low as a woman, hearing from our people how you got fat, today I'm thinking 70 kg, and I feel renewed, Of course, I need to continue to reach my goal, but today I see how much it's worth.
I made friends, found childhood friends, and not to mention the teacher is a very nice guy.
